Here’s a look at a recent spread from my sketchbook, titled Daydreaming in Blue.
Together, they drift between memories past and the dreams yet to come.

This piece features two quiet companions—a cat and a woman—sharing space across the page in a layered, dreamy atmosphere.

I used a Stabilo All pencil to sketch both figures directly on top of an abstract acrylic background. It was the perfect tool for this mixed-media process—the pencil glides easily over painted surfaces, and it’s so fun to activate with water. The lines come to life like ink.
