Art Studio Makeover

I often work on a few paintings at the same time so I can let layers dry in between. With this little studio refresh, I finally set the space up to really support that.

I made room for multiple easels, each with space for palettes and supplies, which already feels like a huge upgrade. I also swapped two plain tables for cabinets, and having better storage has made such a difference. When the clutter is out of sight, the whole room feels more open and inviting.

Now I can work on an oil painting and something else like acrylic, watercolor, or graphite at the same time without feeling squeezed for space. I can spread everything out, move between pieces, and just enjoy the process.

The greenery, flowers, and whimsical animals make me smile, and the whole room feels open and ready for new ideas. It feels fun, organized, and full of possibility.

Here’s a quick tour.
